MINUTES OF THE ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION
August 1 , 1988

Members present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kremer, Phil
Durkee, Art Budde, S. Kathleen Kalinowski
Others present: Ross Rieke (Council laison)
Ben called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He announced
that Ron Euteneuer has been appointed by the Council to be
the new building inspector, replacing Bud Reber.
The building activity in Cloverdale Estates was briefly
commented on. There was some discussion of sidewalk needs
in the downtown area, especially on 2nd Ave. N.W. Joe
Bettendorf's letter of March 2 was brought up; he asked the
Planning Commission to consider increasing the minimum lot
size or the minimum front width.
The Minutes of July 1 1 were read and approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
