MINUTES OF THE ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION
October 3, 1988
Members present: S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Phil Durkee, Ben
Kremer, Tom Nahan, Hub Klein
Others present: Rachel Stapleton (City Clerk), Ross Rieke
(Counc i 1 laison)
Ben called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
The Commission discussed a compliance order issued by the
City to William and Karen Cerney indicating that they are
operating owner-occupied rental property in St. Joseph
without a rental license. They have replied to the City
asking for a hearing before the Board of Appeals to appeal
the compliance order. The hearing is scheduled for
October 25.
The meeting was adjorned.
