Minutes of the St. Joseph
Planning Commission I
April 2, 1990
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Loso, Art Budde, Tom Nahan, Hub Klein, Mike Roach and
Sister Kathleen.
OTHERS PRESENT: Ross Rieke, Council Liaison, Hugo Weyrens, Dave Hollander,
and Gary Schyma.
Hugo Weyrens, Rental Housin~ Inspector, appeared and inquired as to the proper
number of parking spaces on rental property. He stated the ordinance was un-
clear in that regard. Also, who to notify when violations occur. He was ad-
vised to bring it to the attention of the owners and if the problem still
existed to call a member of the City council.
Gary Schyma appeared be~ore the Commission and asked about renting living space
above his business at the corner of College and Minnesota. Also what are the
parking requirements. He was advised that a special use permit would be re-
quired and parking requirements would be considered at that time.
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
