The zoning eha.nge is requested to .3.1 low for the proposed construction of a duplex on S 21. i d I property. Bob Loso spoke 3.g3.inst the proposed re-zoning as t.here is already a large density of rent3.1s in the 3.rea 3.nd he complained of the noise and crowds in the area. Sr. Kathleen spoke 3g3.inst the re-zoning as it was spot zoning ag3.in, something the commission is t.rying t.o avoid. Ed Kroska 3.ppe3.red to get the c:c1mmissions feeling on his proposed b1_~S i ness use on the former site of Little Louie's Pizza. The Dt_~Sln8SS would be the sale of rep3i ra.b 1 e vehicles. Kroska st.ated tha.t a cle.3.n and neat appearing lot and buildings would be of primary importance. The commission voiced concern over the est.hetics of a. used car lot in th3t 3.re3.. They don't feel it would fit in with the be3.uty of the ared.. I t wa.s sugg8steo that. Kroska come before the commission with 3. var i.:;!.nce request and it would then be further discussed.
