Fire Advisory Board Meeling
Wednesday, May 7th, 1997 at 8:00 p.m.
St. Joseph City Hall
1. Call the meeting to order
2. Approval of the minutes from the February 5th meeting
3. Financial Report ( Judy) ..
4. Old Business
A. Discuss Radio allowances for private vehicles
B. Discuss the manor of payroll for the Board Members
C. Grass Rig is here and other equipment is being installed at this time
D. Any other Old Business
5. New Business
A. New batteries were needed for the Rescue Van
B. The List of Donations for the Tanker Fund - Mutual Insurance for $500.00,
First State Bank for $500.00 and a pledge for another $500.00, & St. Joseph
Firefighters for $
C. One First Responder is needed at this time
D. Fire Equipment needed
. E. St. Joseph Lions & Legion donated a pediatric board to the Rescue Squad
F. Ask approval to advertise the old Grass Rig for sale
G.
H. Any other New Business
