Fire Advisory Board Meeting
Wednesday, February 7, 1996 at 8:00 P.M.
St. Joseph City Hall
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of the minutes from Nov. meeting
3. Quarterly report and approval of Financial report
4. Fire Chiefs report and old business
A. Yearly payment ftom St. Ben's increased
B. Status of ftre contracts with townships
C. Lion's grant of $2,000.00 for pagers
D. Stilling waiting for 4 turnout coats
E. Lock for Fire Hall has been installed at the cost of approximately $180.00
F. Safety manual is being passed around for signatures
G. Tanker grant?
5. New Business
A. Payroll for officers and first responders
B. New ftre hall
. C. Replacement of the grass rig
D. Discuss possibility of charging for rescue calls
E. Discuss phone line for pagers
F. Request approval for 4 first responders to go to State Fire Convention
at Sauk Rapids in June
G. Request approval to spend approximately $650.00 for new Federal
handbooks for E.M.S. personnel
