Fire Advisory Board Meeting
February 2, 1977
Members present were Herman Schneider, Delphin Terwey, Mike Loso. Also
present were Bill Wasner and Bob Johnson.
Minutes read and approved.
Discussed budget. Approved as presented with revisions on Capital Outlay.
Discussed communications with added ten pagers. Herman to take to Council
and reply to Loso in order to initiate action necessary. Township indi-
cates five year lease plan to be favorable. Two vendors to be contacted
as to cost.
Motion made by Schneider, seconded by Terwey, to purchase six face masks.
Motion carried.
Bills for Board's salary to be submitted to Clerk.
Discussion on paper work necessary to clear tanker proposition by Wasner
in trade for Ford. Wasner to draw up reasonable transfer paper of approx-
imate description of the same, and present to township and City Council.
Discussion on insurance. Loso to investigate on cost and report. Insur-
ance ratings to be delayed until completion of communications package.
Fire fighter applications discussed. Change in procedure discussed.
Terwey to explain procedure to township and bring back their wishes as to
whether or not to leave as previously handled.
Motion made to adjourn at 9:50 p.m.
