Fire Advisory Board
May 4, 1977
The Joseph Fire Advisory Board met in City Hall on Wednesday, May 4,
1977 for its second quarter meeting.
Members
Present: Herman Schneider, City Councilman; Del Terwey, St. Joseph Town Supervisor;
Mike Loso, Fire Chief; Bob Johnson, City Clerk.
The meeting opened at 8 p.m. by Chairman Mike Loso.
Financial
Report: The first quarter financial report (Jan. 1 to April 1, 1977) and other
pertinent data was presented by City Clerk. Five copies were submitted
to Del Terwey for distribution to Town Board members.

nalty: A motion was made by Del Terwey seconded by Herman Schneider, to
request City Council reconsider contract default penalty charge
for late payment of the fourth quarter of 1976 apportionment to
the Joint Fire Operating Fund. The $120. was assessed for payment
4 months past due.
Voting for the motion: SCß~eider, Terwey, Loso. Against the motion:
none. Motion carried.
State Fire
Conference: Chief Mike Loso presented a request for attendance of two men at the
State Fire Conference at Crosby, MN. on JUne 10-11-12.
A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Terwey to approve attendance
on a cost apportioned basis as per schedule.
Voting for the motion: Schneider, Terwey, Loso. Voting against motion:
none. Motion carried.
