QUARTERLY MEETING
FIRE ADVISORY BOARD
AUGUST 8, 1979
Quarterly meeting of the Fire Operating Board was called to order
at 8:00 p.m.
Members Present: Joe Bechtold, Township member; Herman Schneider,
Council member; Fire Chief Mike Loso. City Clerk Bob
Johnson absent. (Vacation)
Minutes Approved: Minutes of May 2, 1979 were read and approved on
a motion by Schneider seconded by Bechtold.
Ayes: Bechtold, Schneider, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
Tanker: Tanker discussed- project is being worked on and should be

nearing completion.

Protective Clothing: A motion was made by Bechtold seconded by Schneider
to appropriate $250.00 for protective clothing.
Ayes: Bechtold, Schneider, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
Salary Proposal: Proposal presented for salary revision to be presented
to governing bodies to take effect January 1, 1979 if approved.
St. Ben's: Discussion on access of units at St. Ben's held and Chief
cited no problem.
Adjournment: A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Bechtold to
adjourn at 9:00 p.m.
Ayes: Bechtold, Schneider, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
