Pursuant to due call and notice therof the Fire Advisory Board of the City of
st. Joseph met in regular session on Wednesday, November 14, 1979 at 8:00 p.m.
in City Hall.
Members Present: City Council member Herman Schneider; Town Board member Joe
Bechtold; Fire Chief Mike Loso; City Clerk Bob Johnson.
Minutes Read: The minutes of the August 8, 1979 meeting were read and approved
by Schneider seconded by Bechtold.
Ayes: Schneider,Bechtold, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
Quarterly Reports: April 1 to July 1, 1979 financial report approved on motion
by Schneider seconded by Bechtold.
Ayes: Schneider, Bechtold, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
July 1 to October 1, 1979 report approved on motion by Bechtold seconded
by Schneider.
Ayes: Schneider, Bechtold, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.

Budget: Copies of 1979 (3 quarters and estimate) also budget were presented.
Mike Loso questioned encoder removal from capital outlay requests.
Council allocated to other priorities.
A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Bechtold to approve purchase
of pager batteries in the amount of $50.00.
Ayes: Schneider, Bechtold, Loso.
Nayes: None Motion carried.
Question of approval on $315.50 - installation of Sheriff frequency in
travelall raised. Minutes to be examined.
Town approved $6.00 for firemen on fire calls
$5.00 on drills and meetings
Raised Chief salary to $75.00 monthly
Asst. Chief salary to $30.00 monthly
Reported by Town Board member Joe Bechtold.
A motion to adjourn was made by Schneider seconded by Bechtold at 9:00 p.m.
