Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Fire Advisory Board of the
City and Township of St. Joseph met in special session on Thursday, June
22, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. in City Hall to review the fire service contracts.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Town Representative Joe Bechtold, City Representative
Bob Loso, Fire Chief Dave Theisen. Clerk/Administrator Rachel
Stapleton.
Chief Dave Theisen called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
ST. WENDEL FIRE SERVICE CONTRACT: After the Board reviewed the revised
St. \'lendel Township contract document Bob Loso made a motion to send
this proposed contract to St. Wendel for their consideration. This
contract would begin at the expiration of the current contract, January
1, 1996 for a ten year period. The motion was seconded by Joe Bechtold.
Ayes: Bechtold, Loso, Theisen.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
ST. JOSEPH TOWNSHIP CONTRACT: The Board fully reviewed the St. Joseph
contract to expire July 1, 1996 and made several changes and updates for
the next contract period.
Ayes: Bechtold, Loso, Theisen.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
The Board agreed to discuss at the next regular meeting, establishing
policy for the cost of replacement pagers.

Bob Loso moved to adjourn at 10:10 p.m.; seconded by Joe Bechtold.
Ayes: Bechtold, Loso, Theisen.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
