PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The City has received an intent to negotiate a new labor
agreement from AFSCME. The current labor agreement expires in December 2015. The City will also
be receiving a similar document for LELS as their agreement expires December 2015 as well.
