application fO'r~ a fee of up to $2,500. Loso made a motion to apPr~ov e

discussed the need fOr~ a facilitator~. They felt Bill Hansen (.oW u 1 d be
excellent if he \.'JOuld have the time. Also Bob Heim ó:13p£'a'('ed to be
intenr'ested. r~nn Reischl agr-'e ed to contact Bob Heim and ask him fQ'r"' a
fee estimate.
