1- Pe¡-~s onn e 1 IYlanual: Need to complete the manual to include
the O¡-~gan i zat i onal Chat~t and addendl,lm to the manual.
Need to update the manual with changes appt~oved by
Counci 1 action at the Decembet~ 9, 1993 City Council
meeting.
2.. Job Descriptions: F h~st p¡-~ i 0 t~ i t y is to t~eview job
desc¡-~ipt ions as ¡-~ecommended in Dick Molohan's ¡-~epot~t .

negotiations should stat~t eat~ 1 i et~ in the yeën~ and maybe
conside¡-~ a three year~ cont'r~act.
6. Labot~ Agt~eement and non-cont t~act ed Employees: Discussed
the d i ffet~ence between ¡~gt~e e m ent Contt~act ed employees
like the Police F ed et~at ion and Non-cont t~act ed City
employees and that Counci 1 action does not change a

pa¡-~t ies and Counci 1.
Stephanie Hazen t~equested that the i nfot~mat i on and details of
this meeting be sha'r~ed with Pe¡-~sonne 1 Committee membe¡-~ Ross
Rieke who co 1.1 1 d not attend the meeting this evening.
