Discussion - Reber requested and Hiemenz concurred to remove.-i te,md) Amendment to Ordinanc~ 31 - Addressing, which clarifies methodology of establishing street names and addresses according to a grid system. Losoand Ehlert agreed to remove it until a:fter the Planning Commission considers Ben Poepping's recommendations. Consent agenda approved as :follows: a) Minutes o:f the March 16, 1995 meeting. b) Resolution supporting Morningside Park grant application. c) Park Board to hold public hearing on grant application April 24 at 6:30 p.m. d) st. After discussion o:f the specifics of the report ¡ , and need to show roll overbalances in budget Loso made a motion to approve the report; seconded by Rieke. Ayes: Reber, Rieke, Loso, Hiemenz, Ehlert. Nayes: None. Motion carried. BILLS PAYABLE: Deputy Clerk Judy Weyrens presented the bills payable. After discussion o:f the Township's share in the costs relating to the Roske property Loso made a motion to approve the bills payable check numbers 20800-20885; seconded by Hiemenz. Ayes: Reber, Rieke, Loso, Hiemenz, Ehlert. Nayes: None. Motion carried. Loso made a motiontg,ßpprove the overtime and callouts as presented; Page 2774 April 6, 1995 seconded by Rieke. MAYOR'S REPORT: 1) Heartland State Bank had a promotion for new CD's in which they gave $5 .-00 toward the purchase of a tree for Arbor Day, to the city of depositor's choice. Mrs. Houdek designated the City of St. Joseph to receive the $5.Ø0. Also Jerry Hirshfeld, of DBL Labs donated $1,000 to the D.A.R.E. program. Mayor Reber~equested that a letter of thanks is sent to the bank, Mrs. Houdek, and Jerry Hirshfeld. Hiemenz ,made a motion to send letters of thanks as requested by the Mayor; seconded by Ehlert.
