Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke. Nayes: None. Motion carried. tlQ~ª!~g !~ªE~£~Qr~ Motion by Dehler to allow Building Inspector Bud Reber to hire an assistant as needed to complete inspection in a timely manner; seconded by Sadlo. Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke. Nayes: None. Motion carried. ~~ß~~E! frQE~r!Y~ Ann Scherer and neighbors appeared before the Council to alert them of the unkempt property at 507 Eastern Court. Bud Reber stated he had attempted to contact the residents of the property many times; when he did she said they would try to clean it up and mow the area. The neighbors present stated they would help clean it up and mow the grass as needed if agreeable to the residents. ºQ~!rª£!~ Dehler moved to approve the Fire contract between I St. Joseph Township and the City of St. Joseph; seconded by Sadlo. Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke. Nayes: None. Motion carried. ~fQ ~ªª~ªª~~~!~ A motion was made Rieke to approve payment of the second half local assessment for the St. Cloud Area Planning Organization of $1,382.50; seconded by Sadlo. Motion carried.- ~ª~ªQ~~ tlQg~!ng £Q~E!ª!n!~ The City Clerk/Administrator ~nfor~ed the Council that the signed lease was received by the City as required at the May 15 hearing. ÇQ~Eg!~r fQr Ç!~rk~~ Qff!£~~ Rieke moved to approve the purchase of an IBM PC XT computer system for the Clerk's office of $4,950 to Computerland; seconded by Reber. Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke. Nayes: None. Motion carried. Mayor Loso questioned him on his actions as a City employee, policy, and communication problems.
