Pursuant to due notice and call thereof, the City Council for
the City of St. Joseph, Minnesota met in regular session on
Thursday, 'December 18, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall.

Reber, Steve Dehler, Leo Sadlo, Ross Rieke. Clerk/Adm.

Ir§ª§~r§r~§ B§EQr!:..:.. City Treasurer Dave Weyrens gave the
November report. Dehler made a motion to approve the report
with corrected computer error balances; seconded by Reber.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
~1n~!:§§..:.. Minutes of the December 4 meeting were approved as
'corrected with a motion by Reber; seconded by Sadlo.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
ºª§Q!!n~ !:rQEQ§ª!§..:.. Sadlo made a motion to approve the two
agreements presented to the City by Krebsbach Oil Co. and
Hollander's Country Store to supply the City with fuel for
vehicle use; Krebsbach's to supply the City the first six
months and Hollander's to furnish the last six months;
seconded by Reber.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.

8:00 p.m., January 8, 1987 on the Midway liquor violation
complaint; seconded by Rieke.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.

the M. L. King holiday as an unpaid holiday for the City
employees pending salary negotiations; seconded by Rieke.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.

general agreement to hold a special meeting on Friday,
December 19, at 9:00 p.m. to consider awarding bid for the
Second Avenue Project.

shelter in Millstream Park has been presented to the Park
Board; one of the companies which supplied the City with
meter readers has gone out of business and we can expect to
change them and the costs involved. Dick can get estimate of
number and costs involved.

copies of the minutes.
Dehler: Ice skating rinks open tonight, have Dick get a

couple of bids on a new unit for the west rink warming house;
Park Board approved Lions proposal to build on to shelter.

Park Board's recommendation to allow the Lions proposal to
build on to the shelter at Millstream Park; seconded by
Rieke.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
Mayor requested the Clerk draw up a proposal on Park Shelter
Tent and deposits.

Christmas and a Happy New Year; seconded by Rieke.
