Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for
the City of St. Joseph, Minnesota met in special session on
Friday, December 19, 1986 at 9:00 p.m. in City Hall.

Reber, Steve Dehler, Leo Sadlo, Ross Rieke. Clerk/Adm. Rachel
Stapleton.
º~h§r§ fr~ª§D~~ Joe Bettendorf, Dick Taufen.
Purpose of the meeting was to consider bids as opened and
publicly read for the Second Avenue street improvement
project.
ð££~E~ ª!º~ City Engineer Joe Bettendorf discussed with the
Council the bids received and recommended acceptance of the
low bid of Hardrives, Inc. , St. Cloud. A motion was made by
Dehler to accept the low bid of Hardrives, Inc. of
$116,845.90; seconded by Rieke.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
Mr. Bettendorf also stated the low bidder had agreed to do an
additional block at the same unit prices if the Council
should decide to do the block by the EI Paso.

seconded by Sadlo.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
