Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for
the City of St. JOBeph met in special session on Tuesday,
.July 12, 1988 at 8:30 p.lli. in City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: r--layor £Vlike LOBO; Councilmen Donald "Bud"
Reber, Steve Dehler, Leo Sadlo, Ross Rieke. Deputy Clerk Judy
WeyrenB.
The purpose of the meeting was to interview two candidateB
for the position of Building Inspector.
After a lengthy diBcussion as to the City's needs in a
building inBpector and the qualifications of the candidateB
interviewed, Councilman Rieke made a motion to proceed to
hire Ron Euteneuer as the City Building InBpector provided
that the Mayor can work out a contract Hith him with the fees
not to exceed 65% of the building permit; seconded by Sadlo.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion Carried.
If an agreement cannot be reached with Ron Euteneuer, the
City will then hire Arnold Wolf.
ADJOURN: Councilman Sadlo made a motion to adjourn at
9: 40 p. m. ; seconded by Reber.
, AyeB: Loso, Reber, Sadlo, Dehler.
Nayes: Rieke. Motion carried 4-1.
