Pursuant to due ca II and notice thereof, the City Council for I
the City of St. Joseph met in special session on Wednesday,
February 21, 1990 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Joseph City Ha. I I .
Members Present: Mayor Mike Loso; Members of the Council
Donald "Bud" Reber, Steve Dehler. Deputy Clerk Judy Weyrens.
Councilmen Leo Sadlo and Ross Rieke absent.
Others Present: Police Chief Bill Lorentz.
Purpose of the meeting was consideration of the reinstatement
of Steve Erickson as a patrolman.
After discussion, Reber made a motion to fully reinstate the
employment of Steve Erickson in his position as po lice
officer. The motion was seconded by Dehler.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler.
Nayes: None. Motion Carried.
The Mayor requested the Clerk send a letter to Steve Erickson
stating that it is not the po I icy of the City to reinstate an
individual who has terminated employment with the City.
The meeting adjourned at 2:23 p.m. I
