Pursuant to due ca I I and notice thereof, the City Counc i I for
the City of St. Joseph met as a Board of Canvassing, on
Thursday, November 8, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. in City Ha I I .
f1EMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mike Loso; Members of the Counc i I
Donald "Bud" Reber, steve De hIe r, Leo Sadlo, Ross Rieke.
Clerk/Administrator Rachel Stapleton.
Mayor Loso ca I led the meeting to order and the Board reviewed
the results of the November 6, 1990 election as returned by
the election Judges as follows:

A motion was made by Dehler and seconded by Reber to accept
the results of the election as returned by the Judges, and
declare Steven Dehler Mayor for a two year term, and Bob Loso
and Stephanie Hazen as Councilors for four year terms. The
motion was seconded by Reber.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
The Counc i I discussed the employee work schedule for the
Christmas ho I i day. Christmas Eve fa II s on Monday. Dehler
made a motion to a I low a I I employees, who wish to use
vacation or comp time, to take Christmas Eve morning off
also, to a I low for a four day ho I i day. The motion was
seconded by Sadlo.
Ayes: Loso, Reber, Dehler, Sadlo, Rieke.
Nayes: None. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
