CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MINNESOTA June 8, 1976
The City Council of the City of St. Joseph met in special session Tuesday, June
8, 1976 at 8 p.m.
I Members present: Herman Schneider, Hugo Weyrens, Steve Dehler, Bob Johnson.
Absent Bud Reber.
Acting Mayor Herman Schneider opened meeting at 8 p.m. in the absence of Mayor
Harry J. Knevel.
BillS' presented A motion was made by Hugo Weyrens seconded by Steve Dehler to approve
bills as presented - exceptions to be checked. Department heads to be
reminded of approval necessary for $25.00 or over purchses.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Steve Dehler to approve 3.2 beer license for
July 4th parish celebration.
Ayes: Schneider, Weyrens, Dehler.
Nayes: None
(Mayor Knevel arrived at 8:35 and assumed chair)
Meeting with Township officials opened at 9:05 p.m.
Members present: David Thralow, Fred Reber, Del Terwey, Attorney John Pattison.
Absent: Norb Eiloneier.
(Delivery date for FM~ unit - July 10, 1976 indication by Mike Loso Fire Chief)
Mutual Aid calls question raised by Township

Contract Proposal Review: Attorney J hn Knapp presented a review of the proposed
fire contract.
Township to review contract and schedule another meeting - tentatively
set for June 30, 1976 at 8 p.m.
A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Dehler to adjourn at 11:30 p.m.
Ayes: Knevel, Schneider, Weyrens, Dehler.
Nayes: None
