Weyrens; Councilmen, Herman Schneider, Bud Reber, Steve Dehler, Mike Husen; Clerk Bob Johnson; Treasurer Leo Sadlo. Others Present: Five teenagers observing council proceeding~~ Ed Kacures Sr. Treasurers Report: Report presented by Clerk in a~n~e of treasurer approved on motion by Dehler seconded by Husen. Report on Daniel Funeral Home Petition: Majority of persons in area signed petition approving rezoning for construction and operation of a funeral home in the Zone one annexation area. Liquor Re~~dency: Attorney presented information regards liquor I residence requi~[ment. City may enforce residency re- quirements. Courts have been upholding such requirements. Further study to be made by Council - Liquor license considered a nrivilege not a right. Nayes: None Police Department Complaint Policy: Policy prepared by City Attorney Jovanovich, A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Husen to approve policy as presented.
