In addition, attached please find: Rick Schultz Dale wick 1. BFA Application. 2. Invoices related to the proposed project. I have previewed the proposed work under BFA grant guidelines. I am confident the fagade upgrade is the type of project envisioned when the BFA grant program was established. Upon reviewing the proposed activity I find: • The proposed project is eligible for the BFA grant and consistent with the intended goal to further revitalization/renewal efforts. • The property is current with taxes and assessments. • The property is zoned commercial and is consistent with the City's Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan. • Work at the site requires a building permit which has been processed. The EDA's 2015 capital allocation included funding for BFA Grant applications and other revitalization efforts. The balance is sucient to cover this BFA application. BFA program oversight and authority for grant approval was delegated to the EDA. Action: EDA consideration of the grant application is kindly requested. S APPLICATION FOR ST.
