Dale wiok Alley/Parking improvement—100 Block W Minnesota. Feasibility study is complete.
EDA
• Notices have been mailed to property owners inviting them to a meeting on July 29tn.
Doug Danielson Sliced on College Ave project is nearly complete; updates to Minnesota Street Market
Larry Hosch � have started.The EDA assisted both with BFA grants and loans from the Revolving

• On July 20th the Council is expected to make a finding on an environment assessment
worksheet for the distribution center proposed, i� part,for the for the"Parkway
Business Center" prope�ty.
• Business visits with Jon Watkins at Tanner Systems and Jeff Keller at Fabral were
conducted on July 8t". Good discussion. Two more are ready to meet in August pending
EDA Member's availability.
• Foltow up continues on several projects.
• 2016 budget process to be initiated is underway.
