Village Council of the VillÐ.ge of st. Jose:e>h; Hinnesota l'laS held at

l1einz, Virgil Lodermeier, Julian Botz, and Reynold Kellner. . None

The Vl118.ge Clerk then presentedán Ð.ffidàvit shO\1lÌngpublication in
the St. Cloud Times, on October 14¡ 1952, of a Notice of Hearing on
the proposed assessmentffor street surfacing improvements, directed
to be held att.his meeting by resolution of the Council at a meeting
helò_ October 7, 1952. SaieL affidavit of public8.tion t.,as examined,
approved End ordered placed on file in the offic.e of the Village Clerk.
The mayor then announCed that the meeting was open for hearing of views
of any· persons present'ttlith reference to the assessments on file in the
office of the Village Olerk. .
Several gersons appeared and asked for explanati.on ofspme oftheassess~
ments, but no-one objecteéL to any part of the assessments.
