Motion made by Julian Botz to accept applications of Kike Kotch, Wm. Lowell, Joseph Waldherr, Martin Pfannenstein, Eugene Scherer as volunteer Village Firemen. Sec. by Virgil Lodermeier, Carried. Motion made by Heynold Kellner to designate the First state Bank St. Joseph, l/iinn. as depo s i tory for Vi llage funds for the year 1952. Sec. by Virgil Lodermeier, Carried. Mòtion made by Reynold Kellner to accept U.S.A. Treas Series D C/I 118% # 12452-12453-3388 in the amount of $25,000. as collateral to guarantee del)Osi ts and desigriatethe First National Bank of Minneapolis as custodian for safekeeping of the bonds.
