Minutes of the Keeting of the Vìllage Council 1\I8rch 4, 1952
'I The Village Council of the ,Village of st. Joseph met in regular
session at the VillageHall March 4, 1952 at the hour of 8:00 F.E.
All members of the council were present.
The minutes of the n~eeting of Feb. 5, and 1!'eb. 15 were read and
fiction made by neynold l'Cellner to accept them as read. Sec. by
Virgil ~odermeier, Carried.
A delegation of citizens yere present and requested that the election
on the question of establishing a municipal liquor store, scheduled
f')r JUia.rch 12, 1952 be postponed to a later date to allow more time to
present the issue to tne people. I'otion made by Virgil Lodermeier
to postopone the resolution adopted by the council on Feb. 15, 1952,
calling for an advisary referendum on the question of a municipal
liquor store,until !Iay 6, 1952. Sec. by Feynold Kellner. Carried
