present except Virgil Lodermeier. ,

Motion ma,de by Reynold Kellner to pay all bills'. Sec. by
Julian Botz, Oarried.
Joseph Jost, representing the Mens Society, registerd a complaint about
noise around the parish house late in the evening and also about eEces81~g
speeding through the village.
Motion made by Reynold Kellner to adopt a resolution to set the salary
of the Village Trustees at #69.06 per year and the salary of the Mayor
at $100.00 per year and to present the proposition to the voters at the
annual Village Election to be held on Dec. 2, 1952. Sec. by Julian Botz,

Motion made by Reynold Kellner to appoint Irene Horsch & John Wagner
as Judges and John Klein as Clerk for the Village Election to be held on 1
Dec. 2. 1952. Hours of polling to be from 9:00 A. M. to ~:OO P.M. Sec.
