JOSEPH; MINNESOTA Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council Apr. 7, 1953 The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular I session at the Village Hall~on Apr. 1, 1953 at the hour of g:OO P. Secy by Reynold Kellner, Carried. Final estimate of Howard Ganley Inc.,in the amount of $7731.00,was received, for the street improvement project. Motion made by Reynold Kellner to pay $6,731.00 of the amount with $1000.00 to be withheld pending correction of faulty construction. Sec. by Julian Botz, Carried.
