Joseph met in regular session I at the Village Hall on Nov. 3, 1953. All members of the council were present except O. J. Krebsbach. Virgil Lodermeier acted as mayor in the absence of O. J. Krebsbach. Thè minutes of thè meeting of October 6, were read and motion made by Reynold Kellner to accept them as read. Sec. by Julian Botz. Carried. A further complaint against the Midway Bar for selling lunches was registered. Motion made by Reynold ~lner that the Midway Bar again be notified to discontinue the sale of lunches. 8ec. by Julian Botz. Carried. A complaint was registered against the excessive speeding on Village 8treets. Motion made by Julian Botz that Nick Borresch be permitted to hire additional help for-policing when needed.
