Schneider that the Village enter into contract with St. Cloud TO\4TIship, st. Joseph, st¡ Wendel, Collegeville for fire service for a period of 10 ýears. !vfotion carried. After study of existing ordinance regarding sidErtvalds ",i thin the village the council decided to retain the existing ordinance. ~A motion w,," made by Juillian Botx, seconded by H. Schneider seconded by Dave Pfannenstein to reappoint Roman ," Zvl()ck and Leander Kapsner to the three year term on the planning cond on page120 ~ 120 commission and to appoint Harold Yillevel to fill the unexpired term of Dr. R. W. Kelly who submitted his resignation to the cownission. ..-._-~ Motion madè by Julian Botz and seconded by Dave Ffannenstein to approve election of Roman 'Zwack, Fire chief and assistant chief, Herman - Schneider. A motion was made by Julian Botz and seconded by Dave Pfannenstein that rloridation equipment be purchased form Hellige Inc. 877 Stewart Ave. Garden City, N. Y.
