JOSEFH, HlrJNESOTA 123' HI:NUTES OF THE VILLAGE COtJ1'TCIL NEETING HELD ON HARCE 5, 1959 The Village Council of the village of St. Joseph met in regular session on Thursday, March 5, 1959. .- Motion was made by H. Schneider, seconded by J. Botz to accept minutes as read with a correction in the minutes of the Feb 12, 1959 special meeting to read: suspension of license to occur in the event of a conviction for liquor sales to minors. Motion by H. Scbneider , seconded by J. Schneider to appoint Leo Sadlo to serve the unexpired term of Dr. R.W. Kelly on the Planning Cornnission. H. Knevelpreviously appointed declined the appointment. Motion made by H. Schneider, seconded by .I. Botz that Attorney Knapp inform local proprietors that any conviction regarding liquor violations will result in a suspension of license.
