MIrRTTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON July 9, 1959
ViII ge Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular session
I on July 9, 1959 which all members present.
Motion made by J. Botz seconded by H. Schneider to accept minutes
as read.
Motion made by Dave Pfannenstein seconded by H. Schneider to pay
bills as presented; with the exception of the meter repair bill from
BIF Industries Inc. which was tabled.

Claude Menzhuber and O. C. Dierkhising presented a complaint re-
garding the suspension of licence clause, in the event of a liquor
violation conviction, contained in a letter received from the council
several months ago. It wasagreed by all parties to schedule another
meeting with school authorities, the sheriff, county attorney and
local dealers along ,vi th the counciJl:, to be held on ~Tuly 23.
Motion to adjourn at 11:15.
