~1inutes of the August meeting were read and approved on a motion by
by H. Schneider seconded by J. Botz.

Bldg. premit app'ication for an addition to YĆebsbach Motors Inc. as
presented by Oscar Krebsback approved on motion by H. SChnieder seconded
by J. Botz.
Don Rau representing the St. Joseph Recreational Association was in
attendance. Mr. Rau requested a 10 year lease on the ball park. No
council action taken at this time as it was felt more time was needed
to study this request.
Motion made by D. Pfannenstein seconded by H. Schneider to pay bills
as presented.
