JOSEPH, NI1TJ'fESOTA NI}WTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON NOVill~3ER 5, 1959 The Village Council of the village of St. Joseph met in regular session on Nov. 5, 1959 with all members present. Claude Crever, representing an anti-flourdation group along with memberx signers of a petition to have the question offloridation placed on -. ballot for election were present. A motion was made by H. Schneider and seconded by Dave Pfannenstein to accept the minutes of the Oct. meeting as read. A motion ¡'TaS made by Julian Botz and seconded by H. Schneider apTroving the classification of the county board on tax forfeit land between Tony Reber and William Reber. A motion ¡vas made by J. Botz and second"d by H.
