Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council August 3, 195~
I ,The Village Council of the Yil!age of st. Joseph met in regular
session at the Village Hall on.Aug! ~, 195~ at the hour of g:OO P.M.
All members of the council w~re present except Virgil Lodermeier.
_ The minutes of the meeting of July 6 were read and motion made
by Reynold Kellner to accept them as read. Sec. by Julian BGtz,. Carried.
A delegation of proper~y owners were present and complained that
the service road on the north side of the new highway # 52 runs too
close to their prop~rty. Motion made by Reyhold Kellner to have the
Mayor and Clerk contact the engineer to see,if the situation could in
any way be corrected.
