Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council November 3, 1954
The Village Council of the' Village of ~t. Jo~enh met in regular
session at the Villagp. BaIlon November 3, 1954 at the hour of 8:00 I
P. M. All members of the couneil were present.
The minutes of the meeting of,October 5, 1954 were read and motion
