January 4. 1955 The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in session at the I Village Hall on Danuary 4. 1955 at the hour of 8;00 P.M. All members of the Council were prsesent. The minutes of the meeting of December 9 were read and motion made by Virgil Lodermeier to accept them as read. seconded by JUlian Botz. The annual Village financial statement for the year 1954 was presented by the clerk and motion ~de by Julian Botz to approve the statement as presented and that it be pUblished in the St. Joseph Dispatch. seconded by Virgil Lodermeier. The oaths of office were taken by Virgil Lodermeier. Herman Schneider a.nd Mrs. N. J. Wandel' to, the offices of clerk. trus8èe and asseSSÐr. Biil Chance, Aloys Staller and Mike Loso, oæficers of ~he S?hool Distr~ct met at the village ot discuss the expenses at the skatlng r:nk.. Co~nc:1 agreed to share the expenses. Sauer to Lawrence Loso. Motion was made by Reynold Kellner to approve the transfer, seconded by Julian Botz. IDDtion carried.
