HINUTES OF THE SPECIAL HEETINGOF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, JULY 28
The Village Council of the Vill~ge of St. Joseph met in special I
session at the Village Hall on uly 28 at the hour of 7 :30 PN. '

The Council met with the representatives of the Bergerson-Caswell
Well, Inc. in discussing the problem of the failure of. the Water
well failing to produce enough water after the Bergerson-Caswell
Inc. had finished their repair of the well.
They explained it was impossible to tell exactly ,..¡hat ,vas wrong
or what should be done. But on past expmerence recommended ~
jet type flushing of the well to break an encrustation they be-
lieved to be cause of not sufficient water.
The Council agreed to proceed with this method to be done as soon
as possible. \..

The Village Council of the Eillage of st. Joseph met in regular
session atthe Village Hall on August 2 at the hour of 8 PM. All
members of the Counnil were present except Herman Schneider.
The minutes of the July ~, meeting were read and Reynold Kell-
ner made the motion to accept them as read, seconded by J. Botz.
