council would purchase Borresch and WOlf's1property ib the event
Ball Park remains as presently situated. Council agreed if property

Max Meyer was appointed Justice of Peace on motion by H. Schneií:1er
seconded by Chri~t Pallansch.
Anton Reber appointed official dog catcher to enforce ordinance No. 51
pertaining to dogs.
