MI1TUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL }1EETING HELD ON JD1Π25, 1960
The Village Council of the Village of st. Joseph met in special
session on Saturday, June 25 1960 at 7 p. m. Members present
were Mayor Roman ~ack; Trustees, Herman Schneider and Christ I
Pallansch and clerk Bob Johnson.
The council met with Harold Wagner, $sistant to A. S. Miller college
of St. Benedict Engineer, to discussthe water distribution system
for Park ·Terrace addition to the Village of St. Joseph.
After an explanation and discussion of the proposed system by Mr.,
Wagner the council recommemded the following changes and additions:
1) increase from 4 to 6 inch line from Rothfork residence to lot
29 of Park Terrace addition.
a) additional 6 inch Hydrant in Park Terrace ~
3) cross commections between lots 21 & 23 and lots 8 & 9 in Park
Terrace addition.
A motion was made by Herman Schneider and seconded by Christ
Pallansch to accept the proposal of water distrmbution for the
Park Terrace addition with the inclusion of the changes and
additions as recommended by the council.
A discussion followed on the petition for additional 800 ft of 4 inch
water line from the main on San Francisco to the Menzhuber - Walz
Bowling Lanes to a tie in With the Park Terrace addition.. The
estimated cost was set at $2300. I
Village attorney to be instructed to complete legal arrangements on
petition and hearing.
Motion ViS made to adjourn.
