MINUT~S OF THE VILLAGE COU}TCIL MEETING HELD ON' JULY 28, 1960
The hearing for water main improvement no.. 1960-A was held on
July 28, 1960.. lû.l council members were present. I
Also present were: AI Torborg - creamery, Al Staller - school
board and Bill Loso. Discussion on Water main Improvement 1960-A
followed..
The creamery and school board favored the improvement.
A motion was made by Don Rau and seconded by Christ ~llansch that
Water Main Improvement 1960âA be made according to plans and
specifications of village engineer..
Applicants for a 3.2 beer license, A1 Jirele, Peter Mc Carron and ~
and Bob Donnelly were present. A discussion with the applicants took
place regarding the tipe of business they proposed to operate in the
Pallansch building.{E Paso)
The applicants stated they intenJed to specialize in Pizzæ and
brat wurst and would also have dancing.
Applicants were duly informed by council with regard to state and
local lawsu and that business must be conducted accordingly at all times'.
Amotion was made by Herman Schneider and seconded by Christ Pallansch
to issue an 'IOn SaleH 3.2 beer license to the above named applicants.
