nan, Christ pallansch. Absent VIaS Robert Johnson. Upon motion ]Qc Donald Hau was appoint-
ed clerk-pro-tem.
The Clerk then showed an affidavit shovrillg publication of tr;B notice of hear-

ution adopted Novemb.8I' 23, 1960, which affidåvi t ·was examined, found satisfactory and
ordered p1a ced on file.

ions, if any, to the proposed assessments. No objections wore rr.ade.

thereby has been duly calclliated upon the basis of benefits, ."d. thoD.t regard to cash
\~aluation, in aCCOrd2JlCe with the provisions of TÜnnesota Statutes, Sections 42Ø~1 to
429.111 inclusive, and notice has been duly published, as :eequired by law, that this
CouTlCil would meet to hear, consider a..nd pass 1Ipon all objections, if any, and said pro-
posed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to public inspection, and
an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if
any, to such proposed assessments.
2. mhO Council, having heard and considered all objections so presented,

and being fully advised in the premises, finds t.'1at each of the lots, pieces and parcels
of land enumerated in the proposed assessment :boll VJaS and especiâlly benefitted by tte

4. Prior to certification of the assessment roll to the County Auditor, tlB
OWD.er of any lot, piece or parcel of land assessed hereby may - at any time pay the whoJe
of such assessment, without LYJ.terest to the Village treasurer.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution l~S duly seconded by
member Herman Schrlieder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow~ng members voted
in favor the!.~eof: Roman Zwack, CÌXr ist Pallansch, Herman Schnieder, Donald Rau. Robert
Johnson was absent and not uotingo No one voted against the same.. 1~1Ðreupon said re-
solution was declared duly passed and adopted.
