All members present. Minutes of the regular and special meetings of August were read and accepted on a motion-by Herman Schneider seconded by C. Pallansch. Motion made byH. Schndider secondèd by Don Rau to pay bills äs presented, with the exception of Municipal Supply Co. 13 - 2ft service saddle 4.60 - 59.40. Bill to be turned over to Engineer Miller by H. Pallansch to appoint the following as chairman & judges of primary election Sept. 13, Irene Rassier, (chairman) Helen Reber, Mrs. Norbert Zierden, John Klein and Mrs. Norbert Wander, judges. Motion made by H. Schneider seconded by Don Rau authorizing (Menx- huber-Walz) liquor license transfer from Pallansch property (former El Paso loction) to new location in parts of lots 9 & 10 of auditors sub-division. Motion made by H. Schnëider seconded by C. Pallansch to retain Attorney John Knapp to do legal work for village with respect to sewage system bond issue pursuant to correspondence dated April 21, 1960 and placed on file.
