MINUTES OF Th~ SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 23, 1960
The village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session
I on \'/ednesday, Nov. 23, 1960 at 8;p. m. with the following members presert
Zwack, Schneider, Rau and Johnson.
Amotion vlaS made by Herman Schneider and seconded by Don Rau to hold
public hearing on assessments relating to water main improvement No.
1960 - Ä on December 15, 1960 8 p. m. in village hall.

There being no further ßusinews before the council the motion to adjourn
was made at 8:15 p. m.
