~rrNUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL HEETING HELD ON vJEDNESDAY, MARCH 24, 1971
I 'I'he Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on
vJednesday, March 24, 1979.,.v~h the follmving members present: Herrmn SchnE\ider
acting mayor; councilmer(,~ ó~~ Reber, John Schroeder, Bûd Reber; Clerk
Bob Johnson.
A motion was made by Bud Reber seconded by John Schroeder to a~pt ordinance
No. 1971-B annexling the followj_ng described property: Lots 1, 2 and 3 of
Blk 1, and lots 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, 13 and 14 of BD< 2 all in Loso's 6th Addn.
to the tovmship of St. Joseph and also the fee title to. that part of the
adjacent streets and alleys in Loso's 6th addn. to the Township of St. Joseph,
also lmov-m as the Schneider Trailer Court property addition. I'1otion carried
unanimously.
A motion was made by Roman Reber seconded by John Schroeder to hold a public
hearing on street vacation - relating to Schneider Trailer Court Addition on
April 14, 1971 at 8 p.m. Motion carried unanimously -
Motion rmde by Roman Reber seconded by Bud Reber to notify St. Joseph Tmvnship
of increase in dump operation cost to 60% due to increase in population -
reduction in village use and result of surveys conducted. Objections , if any
must be presented at May council meeting~!l._effect in 30 days - Motion carried
