MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COD1JCIL MEETING HELD ON DECN~BER 4 1958
The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular session
on Thursday, December 4, 1958 at 8 P M
III All members were present. Motion by Herman Scb~eider second by Dave
Pfannenstein that November minutes be accepted as read.

Motion was made by Herman SchBeider, seconded by Dave Pfannenstein that
election report be approved, motion carried..
Motion made by Herman Schneider and seconded by Deve Ffannenstein to
adopt the revised resolution requesting planning aid.
Motion made by Dave Pfannenstein and seconded by Herman Schneider that
the sidewald question be tabled vLtil the January meeting when additional
information will be avilable.
Clerk to contact and invite CPA Ernest MaMakan Jr. to the next meeting
or to meet with cov~cil at an earlier date if possible
Where being no further business motion to adjourn.

MIIWTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON DECB1BER 18, 1958
The village COLIDcil of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session
on December 18 at 8 o'clock P.M.
All members were present. I
After a satisfactory dmscussion with CPA Ernest Mc Makan Jr. regarding
a village audit a motion was made by Dave F~annenstein and seconded by
Herman Schnider to hire McMahan. The audit is scheduled to begin in
Jan. 1959.
