The Village Ccuncil of tlle Vailage of StI Joseph met in SIJecial
session on Thursday, March 22,1962 1,vith tIle fol1mÜng members
present: Schneider, Pallansch, Rau, Jolmson, Attorney Knapp and
Eng:tneer Teague.
Acting Mayor Herman Schneider conducted tho meeting called for a
discussion of sewer rental charges.
An evaluation of Hater !JUmEing - college and village 'I;18S made. A
ratio of 70% college - 30% vil18ge was tentatively considered ax
reasonable method of àétermining rental charges the first year of
operation. R. .\.¡. Teagu.e, E11gineer, described the sewage measurement
process.

approve sewer ordinance No. 57. N:otion . carried.
