The Village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular
session on Thursday, Arri1 5, 1962 \.¡i th the follovling members I
present: Scljneider, Pallansch, Rau, Meinz, Johnson and Attorney
John Knapp.
A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallansch to approve
minutes of March meetings as read.
A motion was made by Fallansch and seconded by Rau to pay bills
as presented.

Attorney Knapp reported college meeting regarding sewer rental
charge had been postponed due to the absence of the Rev. Mather.
O. C. Dierkhising requested approval of moving off-sale 11quor
license to the former Stockinger house north of highway 52. A
motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallansch to table request
for further study.
Pete Greiger questioned the 20% assessment basis on a part of his ~
property. Question to be referred to Village attorney. I

Leo Sadlo, planning commission chairman, reported no conclusions
determined to date with regard to north side zoning.
A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallanscn to approve a
disbursement of $140.00 to defray cost of attendance at State Fire
School. ($70. village - $70. farm)
A motion was made by Pallansch and seconded by Rau to authorize
clerk to purchase file (approximately a $15.00 expenditure)
Notion made by Rau seconded by Pallansch to adjourn at 9:45 p.m.
